Biography
From ages 6 to 44
AROUND 6 YEARS OLD
I was drawing a face with my pencil, trying to represent every detail with great seriousness.
Much later, studies at the HEAR ( Strasbourg's school of fine art ) made me leave my native Parisian suburbs. I chose to devote myself to drawing to be connected to my childhood feelings.
I've been since exhibiting my works in galleries, art centers and contemporary art fairs , in Strasbourg and Paris, in Germany, Belgium, and in China.
MEANWHILE
A need for transmission and sharing with a diverse audience led me to other artistic experiences such as:
. Drawing teaching in various institutions such as the University of Strasbourg, the Unterlinden Museum in Colmar, and continuing education for the Haute École des Arts du Rhin...
. The production of animated films, as for the educational service of the Centre Pompidou, Paris.
. The co-founding of the Rhénanie association creating events combining art and design.
AGED 44
...I live and work in the beautiful wooded hills of Barr, near Strasbourg.
I'm currently preparing to open my future studio/gallery. I'll be able to meet you there regularly, organizing exhibitions, meetings, and conferences on the themes I explore.
In the meantime, this site allows me to bring my art into your home.
