Refunds

You have 14 days to request a refund
This from the date of receipt. The request will only be taken into account by requesting reimbursement by email to: info@olivia-benveniste.com
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund.

Refunds without justification
If you don't like your purchase once unpacked, you can simply return it. However, return costs remain your responsibility.

Terms
Your item must be in the condition you received it. It must also be in its exact original packaging (including a waterproof envelope for drawings on paper delivered flat).
Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned or exchanged.
⚠️ The slightest fly droppings will be taken into account, which is why it is strongly recommended to never leave the exhibited works unprotected.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to let you know that I have received the item. I will also let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will then be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited within one week.

Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first. Then contact me, as your refund may take a little time. Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.
If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, contact me.

Shipping in case of returns
To return the work ➝ contact me and I will send you a return slip to print and stick on the package and a DHL courier will come to your home to collect the work.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
To make the return, contact me and I will take care of generating a return label, to print and stick on the package. A DHL courier will come to your door to collect the package, during a one-day time slot or before midday for an additional fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Trades
There is no exchange per se. If you want a new work to replace your initial purchase you must return the first one, get a refund and then order a new work. However, during this transit time I can reserve any new work of your choice for you.
