PERSONALIZED DELIVERY
・DOOR TO DOOR: DHL provides secure transportation from my workshop to your door. DHL couriers are trained to handle packages in the best conditions.
・CLOSELY FOLLOW-UP: A DHL sales representative personally follows your shipment, and I am at your disposal for the entire duration of the shipment.

DELAY OF TREATMENT
The processing time corresponds to the period between the moment you place your order and the moment your package is ready to send.
Verifying the order, printing shipping labels, delicately packaging an original work and handing over packages to a carrier are counted in this order processing time.
・Works on paper: 1 to 2 weeks
・Work on fabric: 10 days to 5 weeks
・Large formats on frames: 2 to 6 weeks.
Shipping your order as soon as possible is my priority. Sourcing the wood for your packaging is what takes the longest because it depends on possible shortages. -
DELIVERY DURATION
Meeting delivery times is a priority for DHL.
France: 1 to 2 days
Other areas: 1 to 5 days -
DELIVERY SCHEDULES
Shipments during the day until 6:00 p.m.
For a delivery before noon, contact me to re-calculate the shipping costs. -
SHIPMENT AND TRACKING NOTIFICATION
You will receive an automatic order confirmation from me by email, immediately after payment has been made, and a notification once the order has been processed.
You will then receive shipment tracking notifications from DHL by email. -
CUSTOMS FEES
Depending on your country, you may pay customs fees when you receive your package. These costs are your responsibility.
You will be informed of the customs rates applied once customs agents have processed the passage of the goods. As a general rule, the rate applied remains the same, it is quite easy to find it on the internet, by searching for “art objects / painting”. -
HOLIDAYS
Orders are not processed on January 1, Christmas week and excluding occasional holidays which will be notified in advance on the site. -
PACKAGING
All packaging is extremely sturdy and protected from moisture.
・Works on paper: each drawing is placed in plastic with a cardboard support so you can handle and appreciate the work before framing. Everything is placed under wooden plates.
・Works on fabric: they are rolled and placed in a telescopic cardboard box. Very large format fabrics are placed in a wooden crate. If you would like to receive your work already mounted on a frame*, →contact me to calculate a shipping quote.
・Large format works on frames: These works cannot be separated from their frames*, they are placed in a wooden box made to measure by a carpenter. -
SHIPPING DAMAGE
All works are insured Ad Valorem during their journey.
I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to a work.
Wooden packaging makes damage virtually impossible. However, if the package is damaged and appears to damage the work, as can be more common with cardboard packaging, here is the procedure to follow:
・Take a photo of the package
・Leave the package with the courier
・Contact me as soon as possible so that I can open a complaint with DHL.
Do not hesitate to call me at any time if in doubt. -
IN CASE OF ABSENCE
If you are absent when your courier arrives, he will call you and leave you a calling card. You can request a new courier pass up to three times for free. -
IN CASE OF NON-DELIVERY OF AN ORDER
...or part of the order. Contact me as soon as possible, I will be your contact to manage your delivery.
You have a maximum of 30 days (from the date the package was handed over to the courier) to register. Beyond this period, I will not accept any complaints.
DHL and I cannot be held responsible in the event of delivery delays due to errors or external disruptions (weather conditions, strikes, etc.) -
REFUND
Return costs are your responsibility. I will send you a slip to print and a courier will come to your home.
